This session offers deep energy work, allowing you to fully relax while Reiki supports your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. During the session, I gently guide energy where it's needed most, helping to clear tension and restore balance.
Each session is unique, and at times, intuitive insights may come through. If you’re open to receiving them, I will share anything that arises to support your healing journey.
Your session includes a sage blessing for energetic cleansing, approximately 45 minutes of Reiki energy work enhanced by crystal healing, and a 10-minute post-session consultation to help integrate the experience and provide personalized insights.
